When I was growing up, I loathed exercising. The idea of finding a personal trainer would have actually been my worst nightmare. All I wanted to discover was how to lose weight with no exercising. I would really feel so guilty about my exercise disappointment that I would begin to ignore the food piece of my diet plan as well, and thus could end another failed diet. My personal trainer could be so let down in my failed progress. She had such big dreams for me in the beginning that she had actually urged that I try to get my personal trainer certification online after I was totally fit and in shape. Absolutely no chance of that, then.
I could gain all the weight back, if not more, and even worse, I could feel horrible regarding my deficit of will power plus my apparent lack of ability to stick to yet one other plan, yet again, that my self-esteem and confidence in my capabilities would plummet.
